- In-Stock Styles: Ship within 1–2 business days
- Pre-Order Drops: 15-20 business days
- Custom Designs: Crafted in 7–20 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Delivery Time
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days

Returns
We design for confidence. You should shop the same way.
30-Day Returns
If it’s not the right fit, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be:

- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Custom & Pre-Order Items
Custom pieces are made specifically for you. Please note that there may be slight variations between the actual product and the image due to lighting, angle, or screen settings. We strive to provide accurate representations, but the final product may differ slightly.
- Custom orders can be returned only if defective or damaged.
- Pre-order items follow our standard return policy unless stated otherwise.

Refunds
